Shipping Terms
PIXELUXE SHIPPING INFO:
All PixeLuxe packages are shipped via United States Postal Service or FedEx. Shipping and handling rates are based on the total amount of your order (see charts below).
General Shipping and Tracking: Processing Time: In most cases, your PixeLuxe order will be processed within 1 business day. After processing, your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. In-stock items will be shipped once located, payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
After leaving our warehouse, delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and the location of your shipping address.
Allow up to 48 hours or longer after leaving the warehouse before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please refrain from tracking your package until this time. PixeLuxe utilizes various carriers and shipping methods, impacting tracking availability.
Back Orders: In the rare event of an item being out of stock, you will not be charged for backordered items until ready for shipment. You'll receive an email notification or find a back order message on your invoice. To inquire about estimated shipping dates, email yoel@pixeluxe.cc Back orders typically take 1 weeks.
All Back Orders remain open and uncharged for up to 4 weeks. We'll charge and process back order items once ready for shipment.
Important Note (Shipping): All times are based on when your PixeLuxe order is shipped, not when it's placed. Choosing express shipping won't affect processing times. Faster shipping guarantees delivery days AFTER leaving our warehouse, not total delivery days.
